I'm lucky my husband's cat is laid back and gets on okay with my old cat when we moved back. Granted my husband's cat lives with us and my old cat lives with my grandparents in a different house on the same property so the only time they see each other is when they go out to go potty (both cats are house trained like the dogs lol). I've had cats before that fought like that though. One solution for me was to put one cat downstairs and one upstairs with a door that had a gap at the bottom and also had slats in it, so they could sniff each other and stick their paws under, but they couldn't fight. They eventually became best friends. It just takes cats a long time.Achieve1dreamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15401246064499148344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4395468008303940269.post-25400898166510271212014-02-09T06:38:19.190-08:002014-02-09T06:38:19.190-08:00You have a big heart to open your home (and wallet...You have a big heart to open your home (and wallet) to Hobo. I would think it important for an outside cat to be current on shots.

I think it might have gone better if Tuna had not been an only cat and more used to sharing her space. I'm glad Hank gets along with everybody.Ms Martyrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16996078255731307805noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4395468008303940269.post-61148282962180155322014-01-30T07:36:22.848-08:002014-01-30T07:36:22.848-08:00They will eventually tolerate each other and live ...They will eventually tolerate each other and live in harmony. My cat Screech is very much like Tuna. He does not tolerate new pets very well, especially a cat. He makes sure our two acres are off limits to any neighborhood cats. Now SKUNKS on the other hand, He INVITES THEM TO PLAY!mrscravitzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06734008259700267954noreply@blogger.com
